for 12 months for a fee of £25.00 per Anfi week/unit

Rentals are advertised
FREE.

Weeks and
units offered in the following pages are listed in good faith from
information supplied by the member.
It is the responsibility of the
purchaser to ascertain the details of the apartment concerned.
Anfi UK Members' Group acts in good faith but being an introductory
service only it is not liable for errors in members advertisements.

Providing
both parties agree, the group
will pass telephone and/or e-mail contact information to each party.

Any
agreement for purchase/sale will be a private arrangement between the
two parties concerned. Anfi UK Members' Group is not involved
after the introduction of the parties.

Advertising members are requested to keep the group informed of
completed resale or rental agreements so that the website and database
can be kept up to date

The group
chairman is prepared to act as escrow for any deal, by agreement with

Non-members who purchase weeks are encouraged to join the group on
completion of the purchase.

For the best results
advertisers are asked to be realistic when posting prices. Guideline
figures can be found on each Resales or Rentals Available pages.

Advertisers are requested to
quote a figure.

Both parties involved in a
resale are advise to read the copy documents that you will receive from
Anfi as part of the resale process. These can be found
here

On
agreement for the sale or rental of an apartment notification must be
given to the Rental and Resale Secretary. sales@anfiuk.co.uk

Only
requests on the web site forms will be
acted upon. E-mails and phone calls are not acceptable.
