The units below are offered for Rent by Owners of apartments at Anfi Del Mar

  • If you are interested in renting any of the units/weeks below or if you have a week for rental PLEASE complete the rental form and we will relay your interest to the vendor  -  only requests on the web site forms will be acted upon, e-mails and phone calls cannot be accepted.
     

  • All instructions are taken in good faith and are correct as far as we can ascertain. 

  • This Service is introductory only and it is up to the purchaser to ascertain apartment details such as date, day, price, view, garden etc.

  • Units offered for Rental can only be accepted from Group Members - Group ID number must be given. Non-members are welcome to rent apartments.

  • If you are not a group member but would like to offer your week for Rental please join the group now.

  • There is no charge for advertising apartments to let but advertisers do have to be members of Anfi U.K. Members Group
     

  • Members letting apartments must inform Anfi Customer Service that guests will be using the apartment for that week giving names and addresses and phone number.     (customerservice@anfi.es)

  • Please note :-

    • Anfi U.K. is not part of the Anfi Del Mar Organization.

    • There are no other apartments "To Rent" other than those advertised. 

    • Please do not ask for apartments not listed, but you can complete a request form for a specific apartment / week.

    • To avoid un-necessary calls it is the responsibility of the seller to inform the group should a successful transaction take place.

The recommended  price is based on size, position and time of the year plus maintenance costs and whether floating etc.  They are mainly fixed prices.
