The units below are offered for Resale by Owners of apartments at Anfi Del Mar and Tauro

  • All instructions are taken in good faith and are correct as far as we can ascertain. 

  • This Service is introductory only and it is up to the purchaser to ascertain apartment details such as date, day, price, view, garden etc. The member advertising must check that the details advertised are correct.

  • Units offered for Resale can only be accepted from Group Members - Group ID number must be given.

  • If you are not a group member but would like to offer your week for Resale please join the group now.

  • You do not have to be a member to purchase an apartment but only members can advertise sales.
     

  • There is no fee for selling an apartment but there is an advertising fee of £25.00 for each unit/Anfi week for advertising for 12 months. 

  • If you have a week for sale please complete the Request to advertise a Sale form and we will place the advertisement

  • If you would like to request a specific apartment/week for purchase  PLEASE  complete the Express interest to buy  form and we will relay your interest to the vendor.
     

  • Only requests on the web site forms will be acted upon, e-mails and phone calls are not acceptable.
